So I've heard that there was a man found dead around the Velpen area, and there is a certain outbreak that is turning people into complete madness!! There are several people only in that area that have become contagious with this outbreak, and people are acting extremely odd. Their conditions can be deadly, or not as noticable. I even heard there was a woman that starting screaming, and complained of forgetting things. All I know is that you better stay safe, or you may just be next!
